I'm Chef Alessandro, and I moved from Italy to the UK in 2009, bringing with me a deep love and passion for authentic Italian cuisine.
In 2018, I took over The Cottage—one of the oldest restaurants in Leighton Buzzard—and gave it new life as a warm, family-run Italian bistro & bar.
"My vision was simple: to share the real taste of Italy with the town I now call home. The kind of food I grew up with—fresh, simple, made with heart."
